The Commission on Nurse Certification (CNC) and the Clinical Nurse Leader Association (CNLA) in conjunction with Schroeder Measurement Technologies, Inc. (SMT) recently revised the CNL Certification Exam blueprint to reflect a CNL job analysis study. The study profiled the role of the CNL practitioner and delineated the knowledge, skills, and abilities requisite of a competent CNL.
During this webinar, presenters will focus on:
The process of developing the CNL job analysis study;
How competencies are linked to the certification exam; and,
Revisions to the CNL certification exam format.
